Description

Our light roasts are dropped out Dierdre a little early, just hitting first crack. Roasting lighter helps to highlight the natural characteristics and favour notes of the coffee. Expect light and fruity coffee with higher acidity levels. Great for a pour over brew! Ideally consumed black, these roasts don’t mix as well with dairy/ milk alternatives. This collection includes 3 x 250g bags of coffee: Brazil Santos- A medium-dark roast that is naturally sweet with chocolate undertones and medium to good body.
