Description

Kenya - Ainabtany AB Processing Method: Washed Varietal: SL28, SL34, Ruiru and Batian This coffee was produced by small-holding farmers who delivered their cherries to one of two washing stations in Kericho county. These washing stations are owned by Lot 20, a Kenyan based export business started by Sidney Kibet. After delivery the coffee is pulped and dry fermented before being washed in grading channels to separate the coffee by density. The coffee is then dried on raised tables.
