Alta Mogiana Brazil, Decaf. Decaf done well. A delicious example of coffee being decaffeinated through the sugarcane process, retaining its original characteristics without the caffeine. Alta Mogiana is a region in the north of São Paulo state, encompassing about 15 municipalities. With over a century of coffee-growing tradition, it is recognized worldwide for the exceptional quality of its coffees. Its geography, characterized by plateaus and gentle mountains at altitudes between 900 and 1000 meters, offers ideal conditions for cultivating high-quality coffee.
