Our bean & ground coffees are freshly roasted, ground to order and sent every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. ~~~ Crafted with care from the high-altitude slopes of Nariño, Colombia, Ascent is a coffee designed to take your daily brew to new heights. Built for flat whites and cappuccinos but equally enjoyable as an espresso, this washed Cattura varietal thrives at approximately 2,000 meters, where the cool climate and fertile soil produce beans with remarkable density, complexity, and brightness.. Flavor profile: Roasted.
