Description

A highly aromatic cup with floral and botanical notes, jammy sweetness and a cola-like quality that becomes more pronounced as the cup cools. Colombia has become known for producing some of the most forward-thinking and entrepreneurial farms in specialty coffee, and Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE) have been at the forefront of that for over a decade now. Long before experimental processing and exotic cultivars became widespread across the industry, CGLE were already exploring how different varietals/cultivars, processing techniques and plots of land could influence cup quality.
