Strength (Roast level - Light to Dark): 2 Process: Washed Roast Profile: Medium to Light Origin: Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia This coffee is a deliciously juicy and versatile washed coffee from Sidama region, Ethiopia. The washing process highlights fruity and floral flavour notes. In 2006, brothers Asefa and Mulugeta Dukamo founded Daye Bensa, a coffee grower and exported in Ethiopia. Daye exports coffee from its farm, in the Shantawene Village, as well as from "out-growers" (or smallholders) in three villages; Shantawene, Karamo and Bombe.. Flavor profile: Stone Fruit, Floral, Chocolate.
