About this awesome coffee – Mountain: 1,650 - 1,950 Variety: Colombia, Castillo, Caturra Process: Washed Producer: Emmanuel Enciso and local coffee farmers. Roaster notes: " A super sweet coffee, with delightful notes of forest fruits and a hint of chocolate. This is a balanced coffee, with lots going for it. We are enjoying this coffee as an espresso and flat white. Although this coffee is delicious which every way you brew it!". This coffee is grown in the beautiful region of Tolima. Emmanuel comes from a coffee producing family.
