Celebrating 15 years roasting at our roastery in NewtownMountKennedy at the foothills of the Wicklow mountains. Judge's comments: A creamy, delicate nuttiness on the nose leads to a delightfully juicy, lactic sharpness. This is beautifully balanced and cohesive with the classic Ethiopian fruity and tea-like notes doing the heavy lifting. The sweet cocoa and nut flavours provide body and underpin the tartness.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Caramel.
