Information Region: Bolivia San Juan Coop Process: Fully Washed Altitude: 1250m - 1500m masl Variety: Red and Yellow Catuaí Nutty, Red Grape, Balanced Background The San Juan Cooperative was created in 1974 with 25 members. Over the years they have focussed on gaining certifications in many markets including Organic and Fairtrade certificates. The Coop is currently presided by Victor Kalla who learned to pick coffee from his parents at a young age.. Flavor profile: Nutty.
