Process: Natural - pea berry Roast: Dark Brazil is brought to you by our friend Dr. Fabio Araujo Reis, his sons and their 35 employees in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. This is a 100% Arabica, Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee with notes of caramel and hazelnut with a brown sugary finish. Common preparation styles: Drip, French Roast, Aeropress, Pour over and Espresso ** Freshness ** Whole bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months. Ground coffee usually is best if used within two to three weeks.
