Brazil Boa Sopa. chocolatehazelnutapple. Boa Sopa (good soup), is a new staple of our “story” coffee offering. It will always come from female producers who may change from time to time, but will hold the same taste profile. It’s a classic Brazilian that works really well both black or with milk and has become a firm favourite within the roastery and with our customers.
