Produced in Simonésia, Southeastern Brazil Orange, plum and honey Our latest batch of Brazilian coffee beans are produced by brothers Creonisio and Jose Claudio in the Simonésia region of Minas Gerais. This is the first time Creonisio and Jose have had their beans exported outside of Brazil, and we’re stoked we managed to get our mitts on them. Smooth and mellow, Creonisio Da Silva is a medium-bodied coffee brimming with citrus orange notes, juicy hints of plum and honey sweetness.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Stone Fruit, Honey.
