Brazil Guima Estate Green Coffee Beans. 500g - Unroasted coffee beans suitable for home roasting. The Guima Estate is situated in a renowned coffee growing part of Brazil - the Cerrado. The high, flat plains and distinct seasons make for efficient harvesting and great quality coffees. The inherent flavour profiles produced here are in many ways classic. Think Cocoa, roasted nuts and brown sugars. There is also a subtle acidity and red fruit sweetness that elevates this particular farm above what is typically expected of Brazilian coffees..
