Description
Brazil (Capecca Bossa, Natural) 'Scuro' 🇮🇹 Style. Given the success of the Italian roast, with the Cuban coffee (impossible to procure given the green and economic crisis in the region) with more of you wanting slightly darker roasts, we’ve roasted a new Brazilian Natural Scuro on the same profile as the Guatemala - one that gives us a chocolatey and nutty espresso which is full of caramel and praline but because of its Natural processing, one that has a touch of cherry to finish the cup. A full coffee-like aroma, and one that will go down well with old-school coffee lovers but who don't want the bitterness.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Caramel, Nutty, Roasted.
