A very special place, unknown to many, this blend is inspired by that first cup of coffee looking out over the stunning views that surround the roastery. / Peru San Ignacio, Chirinos | washed | 1700 masl | mixed varietals This lot is a blend of day lots from producers around the La Coipa, San Ignacio district..
