This 42% Esmeraldas Milk Chocolate Bar is a comforting blend of silky organic chocolate and crisp, buttery cinnamon bun pieces freshly baked by Wild Hearth Bakery in Perthshire. Known for their wood-fired sourdoughs and pastries, Wild Hearth create everything by hand with organic flours, wild starters, and a state-of-the-art oven fuelled entirely by waste wood from local timber milling.
