Blends of: Papua New Guinea, Yirgacheffe, and Colombia Roast: Light-Medium Coffee Just for the Holidays is meant to be shared with loved ones and pairs perfectly with a slice of pie after a holiday meal. This blend is a mixture of our Colombia, Papua New Guinea and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe with notes of orange, honey, peach and blueberry. Common preparation styles: Drip, French Roast, Aeropress, Pour over and Espresso ** Freshness ** Whole bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months. Ground coffee usually is best if used within two to three weeks.
