Colombia - Antonio Rafael Geisha Honey Processing Method: Anaerobic Honey Varietal: Geisha This is a stunning anaerobic fermented Geisha varietal from a small farm in Colombia. Complex and juicy with a cup score of 88 points. Coffee was hand harvested from Geisha varietal trees and carefully hand sorted before being fermented for 96 hours in oxygen free tanks.
