Colombia Continental Dark Roast. A punchy coffee without being too aggressive, with plenty of body. Punchy notes of dark chocolate and lemons. ---- The farm A co-operative comprised of indigenous reserves in the Cauca region, CENCOIC has seen the political landscape of the area change drastically for the better. Grown amongst panela, plantains, pineapples, yucca and lemons, these flavours come through in the sweetness of the cup.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Tropical Fruit, Chocolate.
