Colombia El Buho Sugarcane Decaf. malt loaf, golden syrup, vanilla, grape. Enjoy the rich flavors of this Decaffeinated Castillo, crafted with care through a natural process that preserves its true character. Starting with 95% mature cherries, the beans are washed with ozonated water and undergo anaerobic fermentation for 48 hours. After pulping, they undergo another 48-hour anaerobic treatment before being thoroughly washed with hot water and mechanically dried. The caffeine is then gently removed using natural Ethyl Acetate from sugar cane and high mountain spring water, ensuring no synthetic additives.. Flavor profile: Vanilla, Roasted.
