Colombia Medellín decaf coffee beans are grown at high altitude in the Medellín region of Colombia, where the climate and conditions support consistent quality and flavour. These decaf coffee beans are processed using the Mountain Water method, which gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour and character. The Mountain Water Decaf process is a chemical-free method used in Colombia to remove 99.6%–99.9% of caffeine from green coffee beans. Using water and carbon filtration, it preserves the coffee’s natural flavour, resulting in a smooth, high-quality cup.
