Palestina sits in the southernmost corner of Huila, an area Osito have been working in since day one, purchasing outstanding microlots from a handful of producers. Having had regular requests for larger volumes, this new Palestina community lot was the perfect solution.. Flavor profile: Stone Fruit, Caramel.
