Colombia - San Sebastian Washed Varietal – Caturra and Castillo Preparation – Washed Location – Inza Altitude – 1700-2000 masl Importer - Cofinet Colombia is an origin that produces some of our favourite coffees. We love the diverse range of coffees that can be found in Colombia. These are affected by differences in soil, climate, varietal and post harvest processing. This is a lovely washed coffee from a group of small hold farmers in the Inza municipality. Farm Overview: This coffee is produced by small hold farmers located in the Inza municipality on the western side of Cauca.
