Colombia 'Tres Dragones' | Single Origin. funky black forest, baked apples, fudge. Description: Produced by Café Granja La Esperanza on the Potosi Farm, with 52 hectares dedicated to coffee, it's the biggest farm in the area. Aptly named Tres Dragones (three dragons) after their three mechanical driers set fire to the farmhouse in 2018. These super high scoring beans have been double fermented to bring plenty of funk to your cup! With a boldness and depth other processing methods might lack, it pitches an espresso or flat white that will make you double take for sure! Process: Natural with dual fermentation Roast Level: Medium Origins: Colombia. Flavor profile: Winey.
