Description
Colombia La Plata Women's Project. This vibrant lot opens with a rich burst of boozy cherry, reminiscent of macerated cherries or cherry liqueur. This develops into a strawberry jam and ripe red fruit flavour. There is also a subtle sweet funk and rich panela sugar sweetness bringing complexity without overpowering. There is a wine-like acidity that carries the fruity notes to the finish resulting in a elegant and beautifully layered cup. Tucked into the lush mountains of La Plata in Huila, CoAgroBrisas is more than a cooperative, it’s a community built around coffee, resilience, and shared progress.. Flavor profile: Berry, Winey.
