Description

Processing Method: Natural Varietal: Catuai Our Costa Rican coffees are sourced directly by us from several dedicated, small producers. We've selected this stunning microlot from friends at La Karola to be featured as our Christmas single origin. Cherry was hand harvested from Catuai varietal trees and laid to dry on raised tables under cover.
