Costa Rica - San Juanillo Anaerobic Natural Varietal – Marsallesa Preparation – 48hr Anaerobic Natural Location – Naranjo, West Valley Altitude – 1600 masl This is a truly unique and distinctive coffee produced specifically for us by our friends at San Juanillo and the Patalillo micro mill. This is now the 5th year that we have been fortunate enough to feature this stunning coffee. Visiting San Juanillo farm in December 2022 The anaerobic process involves fermenting coffee in large containers with a one-way valve.
