Dagr (DAR-ger) All Day Blend. 1-STAR GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2023 1-STAR GREAT TASTE AWARD WINNER 2024 A medium/light roast blend of washed and natural Latin American coffees designed for all day drinking. Medium-bodied with balanced sweetness and acidity and tasting notes of milk chocolate, hazelnut and Demerara sugar. When I’m working, whether it’s at my desk or at my roaster, I want to have a mug of coffee on hand to keep me going through the day. It has to be bright enough to be interesting, but not too sharp. It has to be balanced, flavourful and sweet, but not sickly.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Nutty.
