Dalia Casancho Indigenous Coffee. In our pursuit of celebrating indigenous women, we have partnered with Dalia Casancho, an inspiring leader of the Mayni Community and dedicated stewardess of the Amazon Rainforest. Dalia grows, harvests, and produces her own honey process micro-lot, which has been meticulously milled along with the dried parchment coffee, still with the sticky, sugary juice from the coffee cherry still present to bring out its finest qualities..
