Our delicious house coffee is from Mió in Monte Santo De Minas, Brazil. These forward-thinking producers harness field data captured onsite to track and optimise their farming practices, keeping efficiency and sustainability at the forefront of their operation. This method of precision agriculture also helps to foster social and economic sustainability within the local community. Expect a caramel sweetness and a nutty complexity with a red berry acidity. We recommend this coffee for espresso based drinks but if you prefer a fuller bodied brew, alternative brew methods will work great!
