Dead Poets Society Blend Trade. "Why do I stand up here? Anybody? I stand upon my desk to remind myself that we must constantly look at things in a different way." The line comes from a film that shaped how a generation thought about attention, time, and why any of it matters. This coffee is our argument in that tradition. A medium roast built on Brasil Pau (pulped natural) and Peru Delgado La Huaca, roasted to City+ to keep the layered character of the two origins. Milk chocolate and toasted hazelnut sit at the front. Raisin sweetness and soft floral notes emerge underneath.. Flavor profile: Dried Fruit, Floral, Chocolate, Nutty, Roasted.
