Decaffeinated Brazil Fazenda Recreio Natural. These delicious decaffeinated Brazil coffee beans have notes of milk chocolate, roasted hazelnut with a red apple sweetness and a gentle citrus acidity. There is also a rich, creamy body, round mouthfeel, and a clean cocoa-sweet finish and no caffeine. This lot comes to us from Diogo Dias Teixeira de Macedo - a fifth generation producer whose commitment to quality is anything but subtle. With an agricultural engineering background and seven placements in the prestigious Cup of Excellence, Diogo blends technical precision with deep family roots..
