This set features two coffees, both genetically Ethiopian but grown in Colombia and Peru, providing a glimpse into how innovations in cultivation and processing elevate the final cup. 1 x 125g José Herman Salazar (Colombia) Several years ago Salazar discovered cherries on his farm with a distinct chilli pepper scent and delectable taste. Named Aji, this coffee has since ranked high in the Cup of Excellence competition. Enjoy expressive citrus acidity, blackcurrant, caramel and spiced biscuit..
