Sourced from our friends at Cofinet, the Popyayan has notes of red fruit and chocolate, perfect for both filter and espresso. This coffee has been produced by selected farms in the Popayan region of Colombia. Coffee is delivered from growers in dry parchment, later milled at Popayan and transported to Caldas to be decaffeinated.. Flavor profile: Chocolate.
