Description

Earl Grey. Earl Grey is the most well known flavoured black tea in the world, and has a rich history behind it - originally speculated to be named after Charles Grey, a British Prime Minister in the 1830's. Our Earl Grey, is a single estate high-grown FOP Indian Nilgiri (Darjeeling) - scented traditionally with the oil from the rind of Bergamot (a native Italian orange; yellow or green in colour), giving a delightful aroma. A beautifully fragrant liquor, dark in visual. Brew at 99 celsius using 3g per 100ml for 2-5 minutes. Ingredients: Darjeeling Tea Leaves and Bergamot Oil.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit.
