Description

Ecuador El Alisal Typica M. (Washed). Although this is a washed coffee, additional steps have been added to allow for optimal flavour development. These include a short aerobic fermentation in the cherry and a 96-hour anaerobic fermentation in mucilage before final washing and drying. Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
