Description

Region : Planadas - Tolima, Colombia. Variety: Caturra. Processing method: Natural Altitude: 1,500 - 2,150 m.a.s.l. El Indio has been produced by several family farms in the municipality of Planadas, Tolima, a rising star in Colombia’s coffee production. These families -some of which belong to local indigenous communities- have been working with their local cooperatives for a few years in order to optimize their farming and harvesting techniques, and master the natural method of processing coffee.
