Estate. Our everyday single origin. The Estate is the coffee on your bar all day, every day - the one your regulars order without thinking, the one your team pulls without worrying. Approachable, consistent, and genuinely good. We rotate the specific origin seasonally, always choosing a lot that works across brew methods: espresso, batch filter, and everything in between. Whatever's in the Estate tier is what we're currently running on our own bars. If it's good enough for ours, it's good enough for yours. Current origin: Peru, La Copia- Luis Garcia & Noriel Mendoza, La Palma. Washed process.
