Process: Washed Roast: Light Roast The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is one of the most complex flavor profiles we have. Grown at 2,000 meters above sea level, this 100% Arabica is considered Grade 1 Organic. It has notes of lemon, blueberry, orange, rose, and melon with a tea-like finish. Produced through the METAD agricultural group, they provide post harvest training and health benefits for their staff - 70% of whom are women. Common preparation styles: Drip, French Roast, Aeropress, Pour over and Espresso ** Freshness ** Whole bean coffee normally maintains its freshness for about two months.
