Taste Notes A superb example of a classic Ethiopian coffee, complex floral notes, balanced acidity, very pleasant aftertaste Absolutely perfect for filter, cafetiere or espresso - it’s one of the best we have ever tasted Producer: Mike Mamo and producers from the Yukro kebele We are exceptionally proud to be bringing you this lot from Mike Mamo and the team at Telila CWS. This is only the second year of production for this Washing Station. Unlike almost all other producers in Ethiopia, Telila lots are built based on cherry delivered on a given day..
