Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Samii Danche - Organic. Subtle, with notes of stone fruit, sweet tangerine, bergamot and jasmine florals. Process: Washed and sundried. Elevations: 2000-2300 metres above sea level. Varietals: Heirloom. Origin: Danche Washing Station, Chelbesa, Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Best as: Filter. This coffee comes from Danche washing station, situated in Chelbesa, in the Gedeb Zone of Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The station buys coffee from about 400 smallholder farms that grow coffee on the fertile soil of the surrounding areas.. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit, Floral.
