Description

Ethiopian Djima Green Coffee Beans. This typical Ethiopian Coffee is a longstanding favourite at Pollards. The beans are a little more tricky to roast but its worth it. The earthy fruity tastes that you can achieve are sublime. Don't roast too dark or this coffee will set on fire very easily. Definitely wouldn't take to the second crack. Flavor profile: Citrus Fruit.
