Description
We’re very excited to share this coffee with you. The Carranzas welcomed us to their farm and home with amazing hospitality and incredible coffee to share. Gaudencio Carranza comes from a coffee producing family. In fact, his ancestors were the first Me’phaa people to plant coffee in the Montaña Alta region of Guerrero. The past 18 years Gaudencio, with his wife Francisca Mejía Barrera, have passionately tended their 10 hectares of farm with the help of their 3 sons. Following the agricultural traditions of the indigenous Me’phaa means they see themselves as stewards of the land.
