The course covers brewing with: Syphon Kalita Wave Aeropress Chemex V60 We shall review how brew ratios could affect your coffee and also the perception of over and under-extraction. You will also have the occasion to taste our hand roasted single origin Colombian and guess coffees. Each Masterclass will take place at one of our locations.
