Our darkest, Italian style roast for those looking for a strong flavour. ### ### Foundation is a 'no holds barred' Arabica blend echoing the dark, sweet roasts of Southern Italy and Sicily. The body cuts well through also milky drinks. This espresso coffee is a blend of our Direct Trade Indonesia and Asia coffees with Latin American. Each piece of this dark roasted blend engages perfectly to create a balanced, heavy bodied coffee. As an espresso, taste cocoa and dark chocolate with a spicy, smoky finish. As a filter, enjoy notes of dark chocolate with brown Muscovado raw cane sugar.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Roasted.
