Situated in the southern part of Minas Gerais, Ibiraci is celebrated for its exceptional Brazilian coffees. The ideal mix of altitude, rainfall, and yearly average temperature results in a coffee with high natural sweetness. This sweetness is further enhanced by the natural processing method, endowing the blend with delicious notes of sweet toffee, chocolate, and nuts.. Flavor profile: Chocolate, Caramel.
