Description
The Four Gates Coffee Blend. The Four Gates Blend takes its name from York's four most famous medieval gateways: Bootham Bar, Micklegate Bar, Monk Bar and Walmgate Bar. For many years this coffee was known as our Four Bean Blend, but we felt it deserved a name that better reflects the city we call home. Standing proudly within York's ancient walls, these historic bars have welcomed visitors, traders and travellers into the city for centuries. Each has its own unique story and character, yet together they form part of the rich heritage that makes York one of Britain's most remarkable historic cities.
