Guatemala Cha Chi Sugarcane Decaf – Medium-Dark Roast. This rare Guatemalan decaf coffee is sourced from renowned coffee-growing regions including Fraijanes, Acatenango, and Huehuetenango, where high altitudes, volcanic soils, and diverse microclimates create ideal conditions for producing distinctive coffees with layered flavour. The sugarcane decaffeination process uses ethyl acetate (EA), a naturally occurring compound derived from sugarcane, to remove caffeine from green coffee beans.
