Guatemala Swiss Water Decaf - Medium Roast. Grown in the highlands of Guatemala at around 1,350 metres above sea level, these 100% Arabica beans develop vibrant flavours and a clean, balanced profile thanks to the region’s altitude and favourable climate. The coffee is a regional blend sourced from several farms, bringing together beans that highlight Guatemala’s naturally sweet and lively cup character. The beans are decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process, a chemical-free method that uses pure water and specialised carbon filters to gently remove caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavour.
