A first appearance at 3fe, produced by the Aguirre family at the renowned El Injerto estate, this incredible washed SL-28 is bright and beautifully balanced. Expect juicy blackberry and zesty yuzu up front, layered with warming cardamom and brown sugar sweetness. A vibrant cup that’s full of complexity from first sip to finish.
